With 30-50% sweetness and only 1.5 kcal/g, it is widely used in functional beverages, dairy, infant nutrition and supplements.
Premium prebiotic: Efficiently proliferates Bifidobacteria and Lactobacilli
Low-cal sweet: 1.5 kcal/g, 30-50% sucrose sweetness
Excellent solubility: Suitable for clear beverage applications
Fiber source: Can be labeled as dietary fiber
Calcium absorption: Promotes absorption of calcium and minerals
